Meet The Women Behind BMC K9

Ashley
Ashley has many years of hands-on experience handling and training dogs, and a lifelong passion for animals of all kinds—from horses and reptiles to dogs and cats. Her experience includes working in shelters, on farms, and with her own dogs across a wide range of training goals.
Ashley is a dedicated advocate for bully breeds and is passionate about giving misunderstood dogs and their owners a second chance through clear guidance and support. She believes every dog deserves structure, consistency, and the opportunity to succeed.
She has competed in conformation, and has a unique talent for designing custom, durable dog collars and accessories. Inspired by her active lifestyle and her dogs’ outdoor adventures, Ashley created gear using waterproof, easy-clean material originally used in horse tack—ideal for active, sport, and e-collar dogs.

Megan
Megan brings a strong background in competitive dog sports including agility, dock diving, and frisbee. Her approach to training is well-rounded, intentional, and focused on long-term success for both dog and owner. She is passionate about helping people build confidence and communication with their dogs—especially in real-life environments.
Outside of training, Megan is a talented dog photographer, and her work has been published by National Geographic. She’s known for capturing the deep connection between dogs and their humans and has also photographed numerous AKC events and titles.
